Energy

We are what we think as much as we are what we eat….

MINDSET

Shlomo Sprung paid tribute to author Stephen Convey’s Famous ‘7 Habits of Highly Effective People’ in his article on businessinsider.com.au

Essentially the 7 habits focus on proactive actions, positive mindset, visualisation and empathy.

1. Be Proactive

Be responsible for your own life. Be independent to make the right choices based on freedom of choices. Decisions to fate and life path.

Independent will, imagination and self-awareness to make the right move makes you proactive and not reactive

2. Begin With The End In Mind

Be your own creator to plan and visualise what you’re going to do and what you’re setting out to accomplish and then go out and creating it. Tackle first, the mental conceptualization and visualisation Second, the physical, actual creation.

3. Put First Things First

Create the ending you want to have. Effective time management with matters of importance. Other tasks are completed based on urgency after addressing matters of importance. Deal with the urgent stuff, and things with deadlines first - your life will be a lot easier.

4. Think Win/Win

If you believe, “All parties feel good about the decision and feel committed to the action plan,” “One person’s success is not achieved at the expense or exclusion of the success of others.” With integrity and maturity, there’s no reason win/win situations can’t happen.

5. Seek First to Understand, Then To Be Understood

Listen with the intention to understand. Being an empathetic listener means you’re a good listener, you take the time to understand a concept, you’ll have the ability to diagnose situations and take the conversation and solution to another level which will always win.

6. Synergize

Synergistic communication is “opening your mind and heart to new possibilities, new alternatives, and new options.” Value the differences, respect them, and build on strengths that in turn will lessen the weaknesses.

7. Sharpen The Saw

Don’t forget about re-energizing and renewing yourself to sharpen yourself for the tasks in front of you. It’s all about exercise, nutrition, reading, planning and writing, service and empathy and commitment, study and meditation.

GOOD VIBRATIONS

But before we begin…. Everything is energy and energy is everything

Your state of being, whether sad, elated, neutral, angry or joyful, is called your vibrational frequency. Happiness, like depression, is a state of being. Enlightenment has the highest frequency and the greatest expansion of energy. What does this mean?

According to Alexandra Panait there are 8 things you can do to raise your vibration and live your best life.

As quoted in Scientific American, ‘It turns out that in Einstein’s theory of general relativity, regions of space with positive energy actually push space outward. As space expands, it releases stored up gravitational potential energy, which converts into the intrinsic energy that fills the newly created volume. So even the expansion of the universe is controlled by the law of energy conservation’.

Alexandra Panait 8 things you can do to raise your vibration and live your best life are so simple that you wonder - Why isn’t this second nature? Let’s explore how to match the vibration of what we wish to attract. Here are the main take-away points from the fabulous Thrive Global article

Principle And Take-away Points

Toxic environments and negative people bring you down. Changing this and letting them go will allow you to release the lower vibrations which will increase your vibration and become a better you. Be aware of what surrounds you
Earthing gives our bodies a fast charge of good energy as nature has a high vibration. Kick your shoes off and walk barefoot, hangout with animals or just head outside and move!
Meditate to raise your vibration! Mind your thoughts. Mind your self-dialogue. Mind your tongue to others. Forgive to let things go so nothing holds you down. Your thoughts, words, and actions all transform into your reality.
Stop caring what people say or think about you. Don’t sweat the small stuff and enjoy the simple stuff like sunshine, flowers, and smiles – scale it back. A positive state of mind allows your vibration to rise.
Stop talking from a lack position. Why tell people what you don’t have or what you don’t like about yourself – do not make it a focal point. Instead, put your thoughts into positive energy by looking at what you do have. Let go of the negative to feed energy into the positive thoughts.
One way to raise your vibration and attract great things is to be grateful. Be grateful for everything. Everything is a blessing – even lessons as you learn something know and hot to change it for the better.
African proverb: When there is no enemy within, the enemy outside can do you no harm.
Panait: Accept your worst self just as you accept your best self, and you will learn to love yourself. Let go of negative emotions such as jealousy, resentment, hatred, anger, and manipulation, helping you become your best self.
Me: Treat and look after yourself the same way you do with those you love.
Panait sums it up beautifully, ‘We are what we eat. An abundance of energy, mental clarity, and inner peace, all start with what we put into our bodies. The foods that we eat affect us on a mental, physical and mental level. Be mindful of what you put inside of you’.
